Terms and Conditions.

By entering into this Competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). The Competition is open to UK university students aged 18 years or over. Prizes will only be delivered to UK addresses.
To enter the Competition, participants must fill out the NSE Annual Student Survey 2026. There are two different prizes, one for individuals and one for a university esports/gaming society's committee. A refers to the individual prizes - 6x £50 Amazon Vouchers. B refers to the society prize - a two-night stay in one of British Esport's Gaming Houses in Sunderland.
A) All those who submit a response to the survey before the end of 20/02/2026 will be entered into a random prize draw. Using multiple accounts to enter the Competition is not allowed. There will be 6 winners.
B) All university esports/gaming societies who have 25+ survey responses from members based on email domains will be entered into a random prize draw. There will be 1 winner. British Esports can accommodate up to 7 individuals, who will be chosen at the discretion of the winning society's President.
All winners will be contacted via Discord. The winners will have 24 hours to respond once notified by an NSE member of staff before another winner is drawn.
NSE reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any part of it, for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond NSE’s control. NSE accepts no liability for any undelivered, lost, mislaid or delayed prizes. Personal data provided during the course of this Competition will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy of NSE. Your statutory rights are not affected.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Competition or these Terms and Conditions.
