We said it was going to be something special. The most established host and commentator in all of esports, Paul “Redeye” Chaloner, will be giving the winner of our Caster of the Term Competition a 1 hour masterclass, providing insight and advice on how to improve their skills as an esports commentator. With a career spanning 20 years, Redeye has been a central part of esports since its earliest days. In more recent times he has become a hosting presence synonymous with the world’s most prestigious events, and is best known as host of the biggest prize pool tournament on record: Dota 2’s “The International”.
Here’s what the legend himself had to say about the opportunity:
"I’m so proud to be supporting university students through this casting competition, and thrilled that Code Red Esports is working alongside NSE to highlight the future voices of esports. Further enabling the next generation of talent to benefit from such an amazing industry, just as I have, is hugely important to me, and I look forward to passing on my knowledge and advice to the winner."

Submissions for the competition close on the 15th March so you have 2 weeks to go!
