We are delighted to announce that SpecialEffect will be entering a team into the Cambridge Half Marathon for the very first time on Sunday 3rd March 2019.
The flat, single loop course takes runners on a scenic tour of the beautiful centre of Cambridge with plenty of PB potential. Winding through the centre of this historic university city, it passes the Round Church, Kings College, Fitzwilliam Museum and The Backs.
Since the inaugural event in 2012, the Cambridge Half Marathon has established itself as one of the UK’s leading closed road Half Marathons. The event has grown from 3,000 to 10,000 runners and is one of the UK’s fastest selling running events.
Demand for places is higher than ever, with general entries already selling out in just 24 hours. We therefore encourage you to secure your places here to begin your spring marathon training!
