Join us for the second instalment of Space Ape Varsity: Masterclasses -an insider’s look at the games industry.
This semester’s theme is ‘Not Part of the Plan: Unconventional Paths into the Games Industry.’ Through four tailor-made sessions we’re hoping to encourage passionate people at the start of their career journey not to shy away from their dream of working in games, even if they’re worried about lacking traditional training. We want to let young people know that there’s a world of opportunities available to them, no matter their background.

This November and December you’ll hear from a cook turned coder, stock market trader turned PO and many more. This semester also features a guest lecture from our friends at Supercell. And for the first time, students attending the lectures in-person will have the chance to visit our game studio in central London and stay for Q&A.
SA Varsity: Masterclasses are free and feature some of the brightest minds working in the industry today.

Through mentorship and knowledge-sharing, our goal is to build relationships with educational institutions and their student bodies to inspire and support future leaders of our industry.
Space Ape is an advocate for education, training in games, computer science, and the myriad of specialties that make up our vibrant industry.
