Summary
500g chopped vegetables - 1 whole diced Yuumi - 1 tbsp rapeseed oil - 1 garlic clove - 1.5 tbsp soy sauce - 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce - 1cm fresh ginger - Egg noodles. ---- Heat oil and stir fry diced Yuumi, garlic and ginger. Add veg and fry for 3 mins. Add soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce, cook until tender. Stir in noodles and serve piping hot.----
