Terms and Conditions.

By entering into this Competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). The Competition is open to UK university students aged 18 years or over. Prizes will only be delivered to UK addresses.
Winners will be chosen by a voting system, following an initial shortlisting by National Student Esports Ltd, whereby students and alumni can vote on their favourite submission by logging into www.nse.gg. The voting period lasts until Thursday 22nd April at 11:59pm.
There is one winner. The winner will be notified by Twitter that they have won the prize within seven (7) days of the relevant voting period taking place. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
If a winner can’t receive the prize, another will be chosen. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that their contact details are up to date. Three (3) contact attempts will be made to each winner. Where we are unable to contact any initial winner, the prize winner will forfeit the prize and an alternative winner will be drawn.
NSE accepts no liability for any undelivered, lost, mislaid or delayed prizes. Personal data provided during the course of this Competition will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy of NSE. NSE’s Privacy Policy: https://nse.gg/privacy-policy/
Your statutory rights are not affected.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Competition or these Terms and Conditions.
