Terms and Conditions.

By entering into this Competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). The Competition is open to UK university students aged 18 years or over.
The Competition is a random prize draw. Valid entries to the Competition must be made via Twitch chat. Using multiple accounts to enter the Competition is not allowed.
There will be 20 winners total during the tournament streamed on the NSE Twitch channel on 27/11/2022. Entries open at 15:45 pm on 27/11/2022 and will get drawn 4 times throughout the stream in batches of 5. The winners will be notified via Twitch whispers. The winner must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize.
The winners will be chosen at random. If a winner can’t receive the prize another winner will be chosen at random. A winner may only win once throughout the broadcast. Prizes will be distributed on Discord.
NSE reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any part of it, for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond NSE’s control. NSE accepts no liability for any undelivered, lost, mislaid or delayed prizes. Personal data provided during the course of this Competition will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy of NSE. Your statutory rights are not affected.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Competition or these Terms and Conditions.
