We've spoken a lot internally in regard to the plan for the women & non-binary community and our activities and tournaments based on the feedback we got from previous activities.
We are still in the process of working out exactly what we want to work on now and what we focus on in the future. We're excited to let you know all our plans but we aren't ready just yet. However, in the meantime, we want to continue running quality events for the community and make an update do our BUEC tournaments.
BUEC Spring Tournaments
We will continue to run our two-week cups for our three most popular titles; VALORANT, Overwatch 2 and League of Legends. However. With VALORANT grand finals taking place at our live finals at Insomnia the Gaming Festival!
From community feedback, we will be trialling an update in entry requirements so that you may enter solo or with a partial team by completing the relevant form. NSE will merge partial teams first prioritising getting as many people playing as possible. Second prioritising the geographic locations of universities, For example if you are from London you will likely be put on a London-based team.
Teams that consist of multiple universities will split BUEC points proportionally according to how many players are in the main team. For example if a team earns 10 points and has 3 members from uni A and 2 from B. University A gets 6 points, and University B 4 points.

Community Events
Each month, we run a Women & Non-Binary community event for games and game modes that sit outside of BUEC. These will continue to be once a month and if there's something specific that the community would like, please let us know!
