NSE is looking for a Partnerships Executive to help deliver activations and general partnership management for our existing brand partners such as UNiDAYS, Monster Energy, Pringles, Intel, Scan, and iiyama. In addition, our work with games publishers such as Nintendo, Riot, Ubisoft, and Hoyoverse will be another core area of focus and project delivery.
Summary of the role
The Partnerships Executive will be a key component of NSE’s delivery for partners. You will be accountable for partnership administration and project management, plus contribute significantly to activation delivery. You will also support business development whether identifying potential opportunities, ideation, pitch proposals, and more. You may also be asked to support the Managing Director or other members of the NSE team with side projects from central business strategy, to event support.
For some partners and projects you may be the primary contact and on others you may play a supportive role, helping maintain team progress and be able to delegate tasks up and down throughout the NSE team. NSE Careers Boost is another project where you will have responsibilities for content creation, platform management, and other associated tasks.
The successful candidate will be at the heart of the UK esports scene and have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands and publishers active in the esports and gaming market.
Key Responsibilities
Project management and delivery of partner activations with the support of other NSE team members, you will often take the lead in ensuring actions are being delivered by timelines
Create and manage meeting notes and project management tools for internal use and external client-facing materials too
Play central role supporting and on occasion leading on partner reports, highlighting work and achievements delivered by NSE for the partner
Work with other NSE team members, contractors, agencies, and other third parties regarding partnership activation and delivery programmes
Providing sales support to the Business Director and Managing Director on new business initiatives, including outreach and new programme creation
As part of the partner activations, the successful candidate will write editorial and marketing copy to be featured on NSE.GG and across other NSE communications channels
You will also work across NSE Careers Boost, maintaining regular content, Boost client management, and platform management, plus respond to any relevant student queries
